. . . kind of felt like the flintstones yesterday . . .
. . . four racks of baby back ribs . . .
. . . manly fathers day food . . .

{because my "betty" days are long gone!}

  1. Steph, We were carnivores too! And we had 6 slabs of ribs. Ray boils them first...simmers them for an hour... and then cooks them in a low oven, 275 degrees...or a low grill 275 degrees for 1.5 hours and keeps painting on sauce every 15 minutes. I know all this instruction is after the fact....but it was a busy weekend!
