. . . after church today,
my girls and i set out
on a little road trip . . .
. . . i haven't been to camp lomia
since my own first year of girls' camp . . .
. . . amber was asked to speak there at a fireside . . .
. . . let's just say that roast beef and mashed potatoes
seem to taste so much better at high altitudes . . .
. . . here's my rockstar sister-in-law . . .
. . . she was in charge of the entire camp . . .
. . . and provides cold diet coke . . .
{please make a mental note of this photo where everyone has their eyes open . . .
. . . because i'm certainly no photographer!}
. . . molly gave a sweet introduction . . .
. . . she even signed part of it . . .
. . . in this photo, she's thanking everyone
for the opportunity of speaking . . .
. . . she did a wonderful job voicing for amber . . .
. . . we were definitely in charge of crying . . .

I'm tearing up just reading your post. I've been to an "Amber fireside" before and she was amazing. Those lucky YW who were able to listen to such an awesome woman! I'm glad you found Lomia!

Amber is a remarkable young woman and Cindy and I love knowing her and taking her ASL classes. My 4 daughters (ages 40-32) all went to LoMia when they were in YW so seeing the pictures brings back some fun memories!~Adrianne
