. . . regarding new years resolutions . . .
. . . this year, i'm keeping it real . . .
. . . for starters, 
i've resolved to 
drink my RDA of water . . .
. . . before i break out 
the diet coke . . .
{because actually quitting = a goal that is most likely unattainable}
. . . meaning ~ if i plan to 
imbibe at lunchtime . . .
. . . i'll need an 
early start on the h20 . . .
. . . the adjective sloshy comes to mind . . .
. . . no more coming home 
from an early morning walk 
and popping a top . . .
. . . this will be a lifestyle change for me . . .
. . . but i'm looking forward to dewier, fresher skin . . .
. . . and healthy teeth and bones . . .

. . . more importantly, 
i accepted 
. . . i'm eleven days/two hundred twenty two pages into it . . .

. . . what are you determined 
to be resolute about in 2009? . . .

Yah!! Good luck with drinking water.. Although I have "tried" to give up caffeine. I can't stop the soda I've been drinking sprite! Let me know how well this water thing goes, I know you can do it!

I was reading about his challenge on his missionary blog the other day and thought it was awesome and am starting it....I know I know I hear how good the water is for us....I pop the devil juice first thing in the a.m....you're good if you wait till after your walk...which by the way is still better than me...I need to start walking as well. I want to do good quiet acts of service for people with no one knowing about it but me and my friend upstairs. GOOD LUCK with your goals!

I'd give up my rt.44DC/3 lemons but I am no quitter! I should add water though for sure.
