for me to open the last gift 
on christmas day . . .
. . . it was a bag of crunchy cheetos . . .
. . . my husband and children 
are such givers . . .

. . . but . . . 
. . . the real gift . . .

i have to admit. i am a little sad to see the ME room go... but alas, i know the time does come. what a fabulous gift! can't wait to see the aftermath!!

I cannot believe you are taking down the floral in the laundry room! I also cannot wait to see what they will all look like post painting. I'm sure you don't need help choosing the colors you have great taste. :)

I forgot to ask how that painted counter top thing went? we've tried to replace ours with granite where we can afford in the kitchen and 2 baths, but we have 2 bathrooms with the old formica. Again, love the transformation. We built our home in 1994. So I'm with you all the way here.
