. . . bloom . . .

. . . i've usually been pretty lucky
in the flower gardening department . . .
. . . whether they're
planted in the ground . . . . . . or in pots . . .
{when i was painting these pots,
my [at that time] future son-in-law said
they looked like dreyers ice cream cartons}

. . . i love pictures of cute kids . . .
. . . with flowers in the background . . .
. . . sometimes . . .
{look! we used to have queen palms}
. . . and i don't know exactly why,
but i used to be able to
grow vincas and petunias
like nobody's business . . .

. . . but those days are over . . .
. . . now the leaves turn sticky,
they wither and die . . .

. . . any ideas of what's wrong? . . .
. . . my solution these days is
just stick with geraniums . . .

I loved helping you w/ flowers when I lived in that house. I just swapped out my petunias for geraniums this week. Petunias don't like me either. I miss my little Halleigh. Kids grow too fast.
