. . . breakfast with santa . . .

. . . they changed things up
for our ward christmas party
this year . . .
. . . it was a welcome change . . .

. . . they blocked off a street . . .
. . . set up tables and chairs . . .
. . . invited the entire neighborhood . . .

. . . served breakfast casseroles . . .
. . . milk and juice . . .
. . . and cuties . . .
. . . the citrus kind
that you peel and eat . . .

. . . and this kind of cutie
who had waaaaaay too much fun
at the hot chocolate bar . . .

. . . then, of course,
there was a special visitor . . .
. . . and he brought the mrs . . .

. . . she was the third kind of cutie . . .

{major plus of this gala event: no children
running around the church building,
stomping across the cultural hall stage,
yelling into the microphone.
instead, there was an enormous park available
across the street
for running/stomping/yelling.
a definite upgrade!}
