. . . i'll be jammed . . .

. . . one word i'd probably use
to describe the last couple of days
 would be: sticky . . .
. . . or maybe: peel . . .
. . . or: mash . . .

. . . i'd like to thank
the allred family . . .
{their family farm is located in payson, utah}
. . . where they grow
lots of luscious peaches . . .
{and apples, and nectarines, and plums,
and probably other good stuff, too}
{i restrained myself and only bought two boxes.
then i unrestrained myself and ordered another.
we've seriously made ourselves sick. what a way to go!}

. . . i'd also like to thank
the driscoll family . . .
{and their farm in watsonville, california}
. . . for these juicy raspberries . . .
{but, spoiler alert: use them right away or refrigerate immediately.
luckily, i used all twenty-four boxes the same day i bought them.}

. . . and i'd like to thank
the C&H families . . .
{farms located in california and hawaii, i think}
. . . for sugar . . .
. . . lots and lots and lots of sugar . . .
. . . about forty pounds
went into these
thirty-eight containers of jam . . .
. . . some peach
and some raspberry peach . . .
. . . all yummy . . .

. . . fortunately, there was room
for all of it in my freezer . . .
. . . sometimes i walk past
and just open the door
to admire
the fruits of my labor . . .
. . . or maybe it's
the labor of my fruits . . .

Wow! That's a lot of jam! We ate approx. 24 peaches within 24 hours at my house. Not even exaggerating. So, so good! Thanks for sharing!

Do you have a number I can call to order the peaches? Thanks.

Did you buy those peaches at their orchards in Payson or at the fruit stand in Provo? I'm going up there next week and want to get some.
